Using This Website

This site is for people who want heating or air service across Arkansas, or who want to learn about the company. Do not misuse the forms, scrape the site, or try to break it.

Service Requests

Submitting the form is a request, not a booked appointment and not a contract. We follow up using the name, service address, phone, email, and service type you provide. For emergencies, call (870) 834-0033.

No Published Street Address

We do not publish a shop street address. Service is dispatched to homes and businesses. A map on the reviews page, if shown, is the Google Business listing Google returns — not an invented Batesville or Jonesboro address.

Emergency Service

After-hours emergency service is available. Availability depends on the call and the work. The website does not invent hours or prices.

Pricing

We do not publish prices, financing offers, or ratings we did not receive from Google. Estimates and payment options are discussed when we talk with you.

Client Portal

The Login menu includes a Client Portal link that opens our customer login in a new tab. That login is provided by our scheduling partner, not a custom login on this website. Their terms apply there.

Reviews

Google reviews on this site are loaded from Google when Google returns them. We do not invent stars or quotes. You can also leave a review on Google.

Limitation

The website is provided as a way to reach us. We are not responsible for third-party outages (Google, customer login, or hosting) that briefly interrupt a form or a review list.
